Job summary

Innovation Federal Credit Union in Saskatchewan is seeking a Member Advisor to join our member service team. This role focuses on delivering knowledgeable, timely guidance and exceptional service across our financial products and omni channels.

You will be the first point of contact, respond to inquiries with product guidance, promote cash and non-cash offerings, and manage a portfolio with our credit union services. Travel regionally up to 200km as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma/GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to travel regionally up to 200km as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact and first point of resolution.
• Respond to member inquiries with advice on financial products and services.
• Promote and sell cash and non-cash products and services.
• Manage an assigned portfolio using credit union products and services.
• Utilize digital solutions to improve efficiency and member experience.
