Coast Capital Savings in Fleetwood is seeking a Member Advice Specialist to assist members with everyday banking needs, promote our products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the Fleetwood Branch.

This role emphasizes customer experience, collaboration within the team, and adherence to policies while identifying sales opportunities across loans, deposits and investments.

Qualifications

• Experience helping members in a bank or credit union for a minimum of three years.
• Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada is a requirement.
• Post-secondary education in finance or business administration or related field.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to promote products and services and identify referrals.

Responsabilités

• Deliver positive customer experience through general retail banking.
• Engage customers in the 'Where You Are At Money Chat' to help save, grow, protect and improve financial well-being.
• Work as a high-performing team member within the branch ensuring checks and regulatory compliance.
• Proactively offer solutions and alternatives to customer inquiries.
• Achieve sales and referrals targets in a needs-based sales environment.
