Job summary

Servus Credit Union is hiring a Part-time Temporary Member Experience Advisor for a seven-month term at the Fort McMurray Timberlea Landing branch. You will handle a variety of deposits and banking transactions while delivering outstanding member service and referring customers to specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service or administration experience.
• Good computer and numerical skills; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service with accurate cash and non-cash transactions.
• Pursue product referrals and clearly explain benefits to members.
• Build trust and resolve routine account issues; refer complex questions.
• Adhere to policies protecting safety, privacy and compliance.
• Assist with branch duties including balancing and reports as needed.
• Educate members on digital/self-serve channels to improve ease of use.
