Beth Sholom in Toronto is seeking a full-time Member Engagement and High Holy Day Manager to lead membership renewal, engagement initiatives, and ticketing for High Holy Days. You will partner with staff and clergy, manage data in Shul Cloud, and report on metrics to guide strategic planning while delivering outstanding service to members and prospective members.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience with member databases and data-driven planning.
• Familiarity with Jewish community contexts is a plus.
• Strong organizational and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the membership renewal process.
• Maximize member satisfaction and engagement with strategic programs.
• Manage new member relations and create a membership kit.
• Maintain membership data in Shul Cloud and prepare reports.
• Coordinate HHD ticket sales and seat assignments.
• Reach out to non-members to encourage joining.
