Job summary

AVANT Yorkville in Toronto seeks a Member Concierge to greet and engage members with a world-class service standard. Availability is required for evenings and weekends, with duties spanning front desk duties, member guidance, and beverage service in a luxury fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality delivering high-touch service.
• Proven ability to assist clients with discretion and poise.
• Familiarity with gym or club environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of AVANT – greet, assist, and engage members with a world-class service standard.
• Deliver an elevated experience – anticipate needs and ensure seamless front desk operations.
• Master the services – be fluent in offerings and amenities and guide members accordingly.
• Support sales and retention – assist with tours, sign-ups, and renewals to build loyalty.
• Maintain facility excellence – conduct regular walkthroughs reflecting luxury standards.
• Oversee the member services desk – ensure efficiency and proactive solutions.
• Prepare and serve premium beverages to enhance the member experience.
• Solve and evolve – address challenges with creativity and continuous improvement.

• Pay or shift range: $23 CAD to $24 CAD

What You’ll Do:
