Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Ajax, Ontario is seeking a Membership Concierge I to welcome members and guests and deliver outstanding service at the first point of contact. You will help educate on club programming, events, pricing, and policies while building value-based relationships that foster loyalty.

This hourly role offers a supportive team environment, opportunities to grow in a healthy, active culture, and a starting wage of $17.60–$20.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases member loyalty and assists them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.60 and pays up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
