Northern Digital Inc. (NDI) in Waterloo, Ontario is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager – Sustaining to lead cross-functional lifecycle management for products after development handoff and through their commercial life.

You will coordinate Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Service and external manufacturers to maintain readiness, implement changes, manage risks, and ensure compliant, reliable manufacturing.

Formación

• 7+ years in medical device manufacturing or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality).
• Knowledge of manufacturing readiness, material planning, change control, supplier mgmt, lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the handoff from Pilot/Commercialization into sustaining operations, ensuring responsibilities and actions are transitioned.
• Coordinate sustaining programs involving manufacturing readiness, material planning, suppliers, quality, documentation, service and external partners.
• Maintain visibility of lifecycle risks and drive ownership, mitigation, escalation, and follow-through.
• Coordinate implementation planning for engineering changes, supplier changes, alternate components and other changes.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Planning to address obsolescence and supply-continuity risks.
• Lead or facilitate reviews with subcontract manufacturers focusing on readiness, delivery risk, and change implementation.
• Lead cross-functional planning for obsolescence, last-time buys, and end-of-life activities.
• Provide Operations leadership with program health visibility and mitigation actions.
• Support compliance by adhering to regulatory and quality standards.
