Job summary

Natus Sensory Inc. in Oakville, Ontario is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager, Manufacturing & Operations to lead cross‑functional projects that improve manufacturing operations and quality. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers to turn ideas into value and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires planning, execution, risk management, and delivering on time and budget across sites with a hybrid work setup and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or similar in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, or project management.
• Hands‑on experience leading projects in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and operations projects from planning through execution, keeping teams aligned on scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Build and manage project plans, milestones, work assignments, risks, and priorities.
• Bring cross‑functional teams together to solve problems and achieve project objectives.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and keep projects moving when challenges arise.
• Partner with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery.
• Lead meetings across functions and business sites to create alignment and drive decisions.
• Improve workflows and develop processes that make our operations more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
• Track project performance and provide clear, actionable updates to leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Support medical device design documentation in accordance with FDA design controls and good documentation practices.
