Levante Living LP is seeking qualified staff to provide high-quality medication administration and resident care across our retirement living communities in Ontario. The role requires administering medications, updating MARs, and maintaining strict confidentiality while documenting all treatments and doses.

Qualificações

• Experience administering medications in a care setting.
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the highest degree of quality care by administering medications and treatments in a safe, organized manner.
• Review, read, document, and communicate pertinent information about residents.
• Receive medication updates.
• Administer, assist, or observe medications and treatments for each resident using MAR.
• Pass medications at directed times by residence or physician’s order.
• Document and initials as medications are given; record refusals or missed doses.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information.
