Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: Preferably from other health and human services fields; medical experience highly desirable.
• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited CSWE institution.
• License/Certifications: MSW required; LCSW/ACSW required; LCSW preferred (CA); Licensure/LMSW required in states with licensure (TX, TN).
