A leading healthcare provider in Canada seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to support consultants with comprehensive secretarial and administrative services. Responsibilities include managing diaries, coordinating patient pathways, and ensuring efficient communication within the healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a commitment to patient care, with familiarity in managing confidential information. This role emphasizes the NHS values of respect, compassion, and teamwork. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months.

Shift pattern is Monday - Friday

The post holder will provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to a Consultant(s) and their team(s). Acting as a focal point for help and advice to staff members, patients and professionals, the role involves co‑ordinating patient pathways and supporting clinical staff to deliver high quality, efficient, and effective patient‑centred care within Acute Services, in line with local and national standards.
