Who you are

• Hold a university Degree in a Science Based Program (PhD, MSc, MD, Pharm D, Biomedical, allied Health) and/or relevant experience in life sciences or health care system sector
• Have 7+ years’ of experience in the life sciences or health care system sector including clinical or therapeutic knowledge of metabolism (with a preference in obesity management)
• This position requires established field medical expertise and resourcefulness; it is not suited for candidates new to field roles or the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to turn landscape ambiguity into a strategic advantage, balancing scientific rigor with long-term enterprise strategy to see the direct impact of today's work on future patient outcomes
• Excel in high level scientific dialogue, external debate, challenging existing paradigms, and meaningful, peer-to-peer partnership with key medical experts
• Experience in critical data analysis, statistical interpretation, and translating complex trial data into clear, compelling scientific narratives
• Have a good understanding of the pharma, health care system environment, industry codes (eg. IMC), relevant regulations (eg. GCP, PV) and the development of assets (drugs, devices, etc.)
• Have the ability to travel depending on the business need. May vary from limited travel to up to 40%
• In this position, you will be in contact with colleagues across Canada, so a proficient level of English and fluency in French is required

Salary

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Laval is 136,936.00 and 179,728.50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors as determined by the company.
