ABM College is currently looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and highly creative Medical Office Assistant Instructor who has a passion for sharing their expertise and experiences to facilitate the delivery of quality education for Medical Office Assistant Diploma of the college.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Teach and implement the total curriculum, as assigned by, and under the direction and supervision of your direct supervisor.
  • Devises written lesson plans and implements them through lecture, demonstration, and discussion.
  • Participates in the selection and preparation of instructional materials.
  • Ability to provide a positive and effective learning environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of professional career paths for which students are enrolled.
  • Understanding of education environments including needs of adult learners.
  • Ability to provide a positive and effective learning environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of professional career paths for which students are enrolled.
  • Motivation, dedication and enthusiasm for teaching.
  • Provide effective classroom and laboratory instruction using methods and materials appropriate to the subject matter.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Education And Skills Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Office Assistant and other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field.
  • At least 1 years of teaching experience.
  • Proficient in the technical and theory translation of the course.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Strong organizational, research and accuracy skills.
  • Sharp listening skills and critical thinker.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications.
  • Must have sensitivity and ability to successfully interact with diverse populations.
  • Committed to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
  • Exceptional computer skills.
  • Job Type: Part-time / full -time.
  • Schedule: Morning shift/Evening shift.
  • Remote work.
