ABM College is currently looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and highly creative Medical Office Assistant Instructor who has a passion for sharing their expertise and experiences to facilitate the delivery of quality education for Medical Office Assistant Diploma of the college.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Teach and implement the total curriculum, as assigned by, and under the direction and supervision of your direct supervisor.
- Devises written lesson plans and implements them through lecture, demonstration, and discussion.
- Participates in the selection and preparation of instructional materials.
- Ability to provide a positive and effective learning environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of professional career paths for which students are enrolled.
- Understanding of education environments including needs of adult learners.
- Ability to provide a positive and effective learning environment.

- Provide effective classroom and laboratory instruction using methods and materials appropriate to the subject matter.

Education and Skills Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Office Assistant and other related fields.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field.
- At least 1 years of teaching experience.
- Proficient in the technical and theory translation of the course.
- Results-driven, self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Strong organizational, research and accuracy skills.
- Sharp listening skills and critical thinker.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications.
- Must have sensitivity and ability to successfully interact with diverse populations.
- Committed to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
- Exceptional computer skills.

Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Required).
