DIABSOLUT INC. seeks a Medical Office Assistant to join the primary care team. The role involves supporting clinic flow, rooming clients, taking histories and vitals, updating electronic medical records, and assisting clinicians with procedures.
The position can be full-time permanent or full-time temporary to cover a planned leave of absence. Opportunities exist for those with 2–4 years of clinic experience.

Full-Time Temporary (37.5 hours/week) contract to cover a planned leave of absence
The Medical Office Assistant works as part of the primary care team and is responsible for supporting clinic flow and providing efficient, safe care to our clients. Responsibilities include rooming clients, taking medical history and vitals, stocking rooms, supporting clinicians with procedures, performing injections and venipuncture under the supervision of nursing, updating and maintaining the client’s electronic medical record, providing basic needs to clients, and preparing samples for pickup and transport to laboratory partners.
