Job Type: Term (12 months Contract) 1.0FTE (35hs a week)

Location: Eccles/Rosemount

Reporting to: Manager, Primary Health Care

Compensation: $23.19/hr-$28.00/hr plus a comprehensive compensation package that includes time-off entitlements, health benefits, life insurance, and participation in the HOOPP pension plan

SWCHC is looking for an experienced Medical Office Assistant to work in our busy Primary Health Care clinics.

What We’re Looking For
Your Education Path
  • Medical Office Assistant diploma (an asset)
Life and Work Experience
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a clinic setting
  • Knowledge of PS Suite (an asset)
  • Successful criminal reference check, including vulnerable sector screening
Required Language
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Working knowledge of French preferred
  • Other languages considered an asset.
