The Medical Excellence Specialist strengthens AbbVie’s medical affairs team by championing best practices, fostering innovation, and advancing digital capabilities. Acting as a bridge between strategy and operations, this role ensures that medical teams consistently deliver value and maintain high standards, in line with AbbVie’s commitment to patient centricity, innovation, and integrity.
AbbVie aims to offer a French-speaking workplace in Quebec and has made efforts to limit English requirements. However, advanced English skills are essential for this role because the position involves working with English-speaking employees, clients, and regions outside Quebec.
This position is suited for proactive, team-oriented professionals who embody AbbVie’s values by driving creativity, operational excellence, and a digital-first mindset to increase the positive impact of medical affairs. Travel:10% of time
