Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners and relevant organizations, the role provides an opportunity to strengthen our partnerships externally.

The role drives continuous improvement across the DA Medical Education portfolio by identifying and implementing innovative learning approaches, including digital solutions, the appropriate use of AI and novel program formats. The role also promotes consistency, quality and effective execution across relevant Medical Education activities within the Disease Area.

  • Diligent vendor management to ensure education initiatives meet compliance guidelines and Alexion standards
  • Align cross-functional partners to capture scientific narrative in content and to optimize field implementation
  • Develop and cultivate high value partnerships with KEEs, Collaborators, and Professional Bodies with a high degree of integrity

  • Knowledge of accrediting bodies and options for program accreditation in Canada required
  • Thorough understanding of adult learning principles
  • Previous experience in continuing health education would be an asset (internal candidates); is required (external candidates)
