Job summary

LifeLabs in London, ON is seeking a Casual Courier to transport specimens, supplies and reports in a safe, timely manner, preserving specimen integrity and customer service.

You will represent LifeLabs on the road, use company technology to access readings, read emails, and complete timecards, with a full valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible shifts and start date 2 November 2026 enhance this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A full valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 3 years of driving experience with a full valid license.
• Ability to lift and/or maneuver up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible work hours and availability for sudden shift changes.
• Successful completion of LifeLabs Driver Performance Evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport specimens in a timely manner to preserve specimen integrity, while ensuring a high level of maturity, customer service, and accountability in various driving conditions, rural or urban areas, during daytime and evening hours.
• Represent the LifeLabs brand with professionalism and integrity by providing a positive experience at every touch point.
• Utilize LifeLabs technology to access and complete on-line readings and training, read emails and complete timecards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling all situations with professionalism.
