Job summary

LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services is seeking a Courier in Thorold to transport specimens, supplies, and reports safely and efficiently. You’ll protect specimen integrity, act as a LifeLabs ambassador, and utilize digital tools to manage readings and timekeeping.

The role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record, 3 years of driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to follow a specified route schedule and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport specimens in a timely manner while preserving specimen integrity, and maintaining professionalism.
• Represent the LifeLabs brand with professionalism and integrity at every touch point.
• Use LifeLabs technology to access online readings, read emails and complete timecards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling all situations professionally.
