Role Description The Medical Aesthetician will provide professional aesthetic treatments and skincare services to clients in an on-site clinical setting in Brampton, ON. This full-time role includes performing procedures such as laser hair removal, microneedling, and other non-invasive treatments under established protocols and, where applicable, medical supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting client consultations, assessing skin concerns, recommending appropriate treatment plans, and maintaining accurate treatment records. The Medical Aesthetician will ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards while using clinic equipment and products. The role also includes delivering excellent customer service, educating clients about pre- and post-treatment care, supporting clinic operations, and collaborating with medical and administrative team members to provide a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in aesthetic treatment techniques such as Laser Hair Removal and Hair Removal.
• Hands-on experience with advanced skin procedures, including Microneedling and related non-invasive treatments.
• Foundational understanding of Medicine or medical aesthetics principles, with the ability to follow clinical protocols and work under appropriate supervision.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including client communication, empathy, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Relevant aesthetician or medical aesthetics certification or license, in accordance with local regulations.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin conditions, and contraindications for aesthetic procedures.
• Commitment to infection control, hygiene, and safety standards in a clinical environment.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Brampton, ON, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or aesthetic practice is an asset.
