What Is It Like To Work At Native Touch?

We run our business on EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), a framework that keeps our teams aligned, accountable, and focused on what matters most. That means clear goals, regular check-ins, and a company where everyone knows how their work connects to the bigger picture.

As an entrepreneurial technology company, we offer an open and fast-paced environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and enjoyment. Every day will be different, and every contribution will be valued, regardless of one’s position. We are excited by the transformative power of data-driven solutions, with a priority on in-house training and knowledge sharing between our technology and business teams. Working at Native Touch is a rewarding experience that provides flexible working conditions and the ability to maintain a strong work/life balance.

Our Core Values:

Curious by Nature

We challenge assumptions, ask better questions, and always keep learning. Curiosity drives us to test, adapt, and evolve, never settling for “good enough.” Complacency is the real barrier, and curiosity is our way of overcoming it. We build momentum, not monuments, turning insight into action and the unknown into opportunity.

We bring intensity, discipline, and pride to our work. Drive is the spark that keeps us moving forward in a relentless pursuit of excellence. We raise the bar, seek feedback, and push ourselves to be better every day. Tools change and skills evolve, but our commitment to quality, growth, and impact never does.

We Trust our Team

We show up for one another and our clients with consistency and accountability. Trust is built through ownership, open communication, and follow-through, especially when no one is watching. We succeed as a team. We set ego aside, step in when it matters, and focus on getting it right, not being right. When we win, we win together.

Work Hard, Laugh Harder

We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Humanity, and perspective keep us resilient and connected, and humor is our secret tool to navigate difficult situations with lightness and teamwork. We bring energy to what we do and enjoy the journey, even when the pressure is on.

Due to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to every application that we receive. If you are chosen to move forward, our interview process follows this sequence:

  • Virtual 30-minute interview with Director of Media Strategy.
  • Virtual 30-minute interview with a member of our team.
  • A decision is communicated, and an offer is extended.
  • Reference checks.

Native Touch is an equal-opportunity employer dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive team. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates and will accommodate applicants’ needs throughout the recruitment, assessment, and selection process. If selected to participate in the process, please inform the Company of the nature of any accommodation(s) that you may require.
