Job summary

Genomadix is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional R&D and manufacturing transfer programs. The role may be senior based on experience and requires coordinating with Operations, Quality, Regulatory and Commercial teams.

The position offers Canada-based remote work or hybrid work from Ottawa, with occasional early-morning meetings to support Asia-based projects and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within a medical device PMO environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing transfers and R&D product development.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical device projects from R&D through design and manufacturing transfer.
• Plan and execute manufacturing transfers with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
• Partner with R&D to manage timelines, milestones and phase-gate reviews.
• Manage cross-functional projects including Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance.
• Build project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and status reports.
