At Natus Medical, we develop technology that helps clinicians make critical decisions and improve patient outcomes. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to help design and develop the next generation of innovative medical devices.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, developing sophisticated electrical systems, and seeing their work progress from concept and design through testing and implementation.
You’ll work alongside talented colleagues across electrical, mechanical, software, quality, and other disciplines while also providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
This is a hybrid position based in Oakville, Ontario. Candidates must be able to travel to our Oakville office when necessary.

We’re looking for someone with deep electrical engineering expertise who can move comfortably between detailed technical work, collaborative problem-solving, and technical leadership.

This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected annual base salary for this position is $140K-160K CAD. This role may also be eligible for a company bonus or commission plan, as applicable to the position. Canadian work experience is not required. Automated or artificial intelligence–assisted tools may be used in the screening or assessment of applicants.
