Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in MHE repair, strong PLC/blueprint literacy, and experience with CMMS and MS Office tools. A safety-first culture and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years performing predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years of electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation and troubleshoot MHE.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with data on labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts.
• Mentor junior technicians to support growth.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations.
