• 10 to 15 years of construction-related experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• College Diploma or Tradesman certification
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), with knowledge of scheduling software, plumbing code, and estimating (asset)
• High-level technical understanding of the construction industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation relevant to construction
