Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant quality inspection experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of WHMIS and MSDS requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components using precision tools and CMMs.
  • Apply GD&T and SPC techniques to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare and review Non-Conformance Reports and assist in root cause analysis.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components using precision tools and CMMs.
  • Apply GD&T and SPC techniques to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare and review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and assist in root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
  • Support ISO audits and continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and mentor junior staff on quality standards.

What You Bring:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant quality inspection experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of WHMIS and MSDS requirements.
  • Experience with CMMs, GD&T, and SPC techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
