Job description

Bullet Trade Services is the largest, non-union industrial service provider in the province, offering Millwrighting, Electrical, Welding, and Fabrication services to our customers across Southwestern Ontario. We’re looking for an additional Project Manager/Estimator to join our team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-trade environment and is ready to take ownership of new and challenging projects.

The Role:

• Manage current customer maintenance and project needs, and anticipate future requirements
• Develop and manage new customer relationships
• Prepare estimates, budgets, quotations, and cost projections
• Plan and manage projects
• Prepare job tool lists, coordinate site equipment, and manage subcontractors
• Attend job walks and project launch meetings with customers and maintenance teams to ensure effective project launches
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
• Respond to customer inquiries, breakdowns, and manpower support requests
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of mechanical project management experience in a multi-trade environment (e.g., millwrighting, fabrication, equipment moving, pipe fitting)
• Ideal candidate is a licensed millwright, although not a requirement
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Willing to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario
• Open to learning new software and mobile applications
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience using CRM tools
