• Valid driver's licence with a clean record.
• Willing to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario.

Job description

We are the largest, non-union industrial service provider in the province, offering Millwrighting, Electrical, Welding, and Fabrication services to customers across Southwestern Ontario. We're looking for an additional Project Manager / Estimator to join our team - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-trade environment and is ready to take ownership of new and challenging projects.

The Role :

Manage current customer maintenance and project needs, and anticipate future requirements

Develop and manage new customer relationships

Prepare estimates, budgets, quotations, and cost projections

Plan and manage projects

Prepare job tool lists, coordinate site equipment, and manage subcontractors

Attend job walks and project launch meetings with customers and maintenance teams to ensure effective project launches

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing

Respond to customer inquiries, breakdowns, and manpower support requests

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications :

3-5 years of mechanical project management experience in a multi-trade environment (i.e. millwrighting, fabrication, equipment moving, pipe fitting)

Ideally a licensed millwright (not required)

Valid driver's licence with a clean record

Willing to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario

Open to learning new software and mobile applications

Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Experience using CRM tools
