Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Training to work exclusively on a high security nuclear energy program in Atlantic Canada. In this role you will support our culture of external client service, build your technical strength in understanding and anticipating client needs, execute strategies to advance the Client’s project program objectives, manage risk, establish priorities, and resolve emergent problems. Working directly with the Client on this program, you will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to the design for small to large scale projects. The primary work location is Client-owned industrial work site near Saint John, New Brunswick (with frequent requirements to work on site).This position is permanent full-time for the duration of this project. Individuals will be required to work in an office setting and perform site walkdowns in a noisy environment with occasional requirements to work at heights. Successful candidates will be trained on and required to adhere to the Client’s site safety, clearance requirements, and quality assurance program. Successful candidates must be able to obtain Site Access Security Clearance (Level 1) through Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) and meet the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations Hi10 CFR 810 Appendix A.
