We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review equipment specifications, bid packages, and technical evaluations
• Approve and support fabrication drawings; provide ongoing technical guidance
• Analyze P&IDs, equipment layouts, and mechanical drawings
• Design mechanical systems using SolidWorks and other CAD tools
• Select and specify appropriate components and materials
• Evaluate design feasibility based on customer proposals and specifications
• Create conceptual and detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and plans
• Support documentation development for manuals, installation guides, and technical specs
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration
• Monitor prototype progress and ensure compliance with specifications
• Support production and testing teams in validating mechanical systems
• Provide technical input to Internal departments
• Assist in resolving non-conformities and implement corrective actions
• Perform other duties as required

Experience & Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada
• Minimum 4 years of mechanical design experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in CAD design, pressure vessel and piping systems, and mechanical codes
• Familiarity with compressible gas theory, compressor systems, welding, and project management
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Quick learner with an aptitude for new technologies and engineering tools
• Strong attention to detail, mathematical skills, and hands-on mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in technical writing and documentation
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently
