Groupe Paco on Montreal's South Shore seeks a Mechanical Development Project Engineer to lead several development projects, guiding engineering choices and coordinating design, testing, and commissioning.
You will manage a team of designers and specialists, perform mechanical analyses, select components, and collaborate with production, quality, sales, and other engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.

As a Mechanical Development Project Engineer, you will act as the technical lead for several projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for guiding engineering choices, coordinating the various development stages, and monitoring projects through to commissioning. You will have a team of designers and specialists to handle detailed design and modeling, allowing you to focus on technical direction, engineering decisions, and project success.
