Qualifications

• 2-3 years of estimating or cost consulting experience.
• Working towards PQS, MRICS or Cost Engineers designation.
• Strong knowledge of RICS Project Monitoring guidelines and CIQS standards.

Responsibilities

• Calculate quantities of building elements based on drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates from design and narratives.
• Review pricing for change orders and ensure accuracy.
