The hourly rate for this position is $21 – $25 per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. The hours for this position are 3:30p.m. to 12a.m. Salary information is a general guideline only and is based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
Reporting to the Production Manager – Custom Switchboards, this position constructs large steel switchboard structures largely by hand using hand/power tools, ladders, machines, jigs/fixtures and other manufacturing equipment. Candidates require excellent mechanical aptitude, experience using torque tools, good ability to communicate in English, and the physical ability to perform the work (includes heavy lifting, prolonged periods of standing and frequent use of awkward postures such as bending, kneeling and overhead reaching). There is no wiring (electrical assembly) in this role.
