• Performing and coordinating maintenance, repair, and installation work with fellow mechanics.
• Complying with safety procedures as set out by company policy and the Provincial Health and Safety Act.
• Participating in weekly job box meetings.
• Working in coordination with property managers, designated managers, general contractors, and owners to meet or exceed contractual obligations.
• Participating in the training of field personnel as required.
• Ensuring the application of optimum workmanship and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Maintaining current knowledge of all aspects of elevator technology.
• Providing exceptional customer service and communication.
• Taking ownership of work-related issues.
• Participating in the on-call rotation.
