Kensington Agricultural Services Ltd. on Prince Edward Island is seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to service and repair heavy equipment on site. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and ensure equipment meets manufacturers' specifications.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, welding skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. On-site work, physical fitness, and attention to detail are essential; travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in diesel engine repair and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with fuel, exhaust, cooling, air conditioning, lubrication, and engine control systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions using testing equipment
• Order parts and maintain inventory
