Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mississauga, ON for a Mechanic. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on heavy equipment and various machinery. This role involves troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and safely. Daily tasks include routine inspections, identifying and correcting any mechanical faults, and maintaining detailed maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Experience with Heavy Equipment handling and upkeep
• Troubleshooting skills for identifying and fixing mechanical issues
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Certification or diploma in a relevant mechanical field is preferred
• Experience in the automotive or machinery industry is a plus
