Responsibilities

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards – Keep meat area clean, organized, zoned, and ready for customers.
• Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing – Ensure merchandise is signed and priced correctly; follow procedures for pricing changes.
• Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Practices – Adhere to safety standards, temperature checks, and expiration controls.
• Prepare and Serve Deli Products – Take orders and prepare deli items using slicers and other equipment.
• Health and Safety Compliance – Follow health and safety policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) – Be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
