Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by accurately following product specifications to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Ensure precise cutting and portion control of various meat products, including special cuts and custom orders.
• Conduct regular quality checks on incoming meat, ensuring freshness and adherence to established standards.
• Present products in an appealing way, including proper packaging, labeling, and department set-up.
• Maintain product quality through rotation, storage, and date checks.
• Comply with all health, food safety, and workplace safety standards, including proper handling and cleaning of knives and equipment.
• Keep all work areas clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.

Position: Meat Cutter - Full Time

What you’ll do:
