Thrifty Foods Quadra in Victoria, BC is hiring a Meat Production Clerk. You will deal directly with customers, answer questions on grilling and nutrition, and prepare quality cuts. Training provided for various meat cuts.

• Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with company programs.
• Cut and prepare meat products for display using knives and saws.

• Maintain and build merchandise displays in compliance with company programs.
• Use of commercial power equipment.
• Order writing.
