Sobeys Inc. in Victoria, BC is seeking a Meat Supervisor to lead and develop staff while delivering a superior customer service experience. You will supervise the department in the absence of management and ensure quality, freshness, rotation, and accurate stock levels in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on coaching, operations support, inventory control, and maintaining high safety standards to drive customer loyalty and department performance. A High School Diploma is required.

The Meat Supervisor is responsible to ensure a superior customer service experience by coaching, and developing friendly, well-trained staff. The Supervisor will supervise the department and staff and act as the go to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant. The Supervisor will foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
