Job summary

Save-On-Foods is hiring a Meat Clerk for our Regina East location in Regina, SK. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked meat department while ensuring the freshest products are displayed.

Open availability is preferred and the role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, accurate cash handling, and compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced grocery setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for great food and service.

• Retail customer service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register and assist customers.
• Maintain department stock levels and presentation of products.
• Share product knowledge with customers to enhance shopping experience.
• Ensure freshness and proper display of meat products.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide positive service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Use knives and equipment safely and correctly.

We are hiring for a Meat Clerk at our Regina East location in Regina, SK. Open availability is preferred.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.
