Job summary

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) invites rising MBAs to join a high-impact internship in Toronto starting June 7, 2027. You will be matched to a strategic project across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development and People, tackling real business challenges with substantial ownership and visibility.

Onboarding includes an orientation, buddy support, regular coaching, and leadership lunch-and-learns. You’ll present final findings to the head of your department and Brand President.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a MBA program with graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Minimum 4 years of prior related work experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality.
• Experience leading teams or managing at least one direct report.

Responsibilities

• Work on a strategic project across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development and People.
• Receive onboarding, mentorship, and regular coaching from project leader.
• Present final findings to the head of department and Brand President.
• Potential for full-time offers after graduation.
