Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. offers a paid internship in Toronto for 1st year MBA students, with rotation to high-impact projects across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, and more. You’ll be matched to a senior-led strategic project and receive mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.

Expect daily in-office collaboration and a pathway to full-time opportunities after graduation. The program starts June 7, 2027, with a base salary of CAD 3,500 per week and a housing

Qualifications

• MBA students in a MBA program with graduation between Dec 2027 – Jun 2028
• 4+ years of related work experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality
• Prior people management experience – at least 1 direct report or led a group/project
• Solid analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving
• Hungry to impact a fast-moving business that serves millions daily

Responsibilities

• Matched to a strategic project chosen by senior leadership
• Mentorship & development through regular coaching and leadership sessions
• Present findings and recommendations to department head and Brand President at internship end
• Long-term opportunity with potential full-time hire after graduation
