Job summary

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) invites high-potential MBA interns to join Toronto-based program starting June 7, 2027. You will tackle real business challenges, work on strategic projects across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, Procurement and more, not mere side tasks.

Onboarding includes dedicated orientation, mentorship, and regular coaching from project leaders, plus networking through leadership lunch-and-learn sessions and events.

Qualifications

• MBA students in their first year with graduation date between Dec 2027 and June 2028.
• At least 4 years of related work experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality.
• Must have at least 1 direct report or prior leadership experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a structured problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Work on strategic projects across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People and Procurement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders to demonstrate impact.
