Job summary

Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) seeks an experienced IBM Maximo MAS Technical Analyst to implement MAS Manage and ACM for asset and maintenance management across TTC operations. The role requires translating business needs into MAS configurations, developing automation scripts, and enabling integrations across Dev/Test/UAT/Production environments.

Qualifications

• The candidate has hands-on MAS Manage configuration and implementation experience, ideally in public sector or transit.
• Strong knowledge of EAM processes: Work Orders, PM, Assets, Locations, Inventory, Procurement.
• Minimum 5+ years as a Maximo Technical Analyst with IBM Maximo 7.6.1+ and MAS 8.x/9.x.
• Ability to translate business requirements into MAS configurations and technical designs.
• Expertise in MAS configuration: apps, domains, workflows, escalations, templates, cron tasks, security groups.
• Experience with automation scripts using Python/Jython.
• Experience with MIF, REST, and OSLC API integrations.
• Experience supporting deployments across Dev/Test/UAT/Production, data migration, validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with SMEs and stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Translate requirements into MAS configuration and customization.
• Configure MAS Manage, Predict, Health modules including WO, PM, Assets, Locations, Inventory, Procurement.
• Implement and configure Asset Condition Management (ACM).
• Develop Python/Jython automation scripts.
• Configure workflows, Escalations, templates, and cron tasks.
• Set up security groups, roles, and access controls.
• Develop integrations using MIF and REST/OSLC APIs.
• Support data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Prepare documentation: specs, design, deployment, testing.
• Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT/regression testing.
• Deploy configurations across environments and provide go-live support.
• Participate in project status updates and meetings.
