Qualifications

• A minimum of third year complete in a Mathematics program with an 'A' standing in Mathematics courses including a credit in course listed or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate the course content to first-year students in Science disciplines.

Responsibilities

• The duties and responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant shall be in accordance with Article 22 of the CUPE Local 4207, Unit 1, Collective Agreement.
• Scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time (preparation of seminar material, student consultations).
• Marking or grading, examination proctoring, attending lectures, holding office hours, and other course administration as required.
