Job summary

Xylem is seeking a detail‑oriented Receiving, Inventory, and Material Control professional for our Winnipeg, MB site. You will unload shipments, verify items, and record receipts in SAP or similar ERP, while maintaining accurate inventory and organized storage.

You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, coordinate shipments, and support production with timely material availability. Prior ERP experience and forklift operation are a plus in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for receiving and inventory control.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and verify items against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Receive materials into ERP systems and store them in designated locations.
• Track stock levels and conduct routine cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment and customer delivery.
• Support production by delivering materials to the shop and assisting with repairs as needed.
