Job summary

EQ3 Canada is seeking a Material Handler to join our Logistics team at the Winnipeg distribution center. You will receive, stock, and prepare merchandise, and perform general warehousing duties to support inventory accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

You should have good teamwork, strong English communication, basic math, and be able to operate RF scanning and lift equipment; previous experience with power jack, reach lift or forklift is an asset.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate well in both written and oral English.
• Good math skills are a must.
• Strong work ethic and organized.
• Good product knowledge; experience with lifting equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive product into the facility using RF.
• Put merchandise into appropriate stock areas.
• Pick merchandise as per picking lists.
• Load trailers.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Stock counts (cycle count).
• Keep workplace clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Shift: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:48 PM

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

What Would You Do?

We are seeking an extraordinary individual to fill a Material Handler position. The individuals will be part of the Lexington Distribution Centre team located at 70 Lexington Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, picking and putting away merchandise and other general warehousing duties as required.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position would include, but are not limited to:

• Receive product into the facility using RF
• Put merchandise into appropriate stock area
  
• Pick merchandise as per picking lists
  
• Load trailers
  
• Communicate inventory discrepancies
  
• Complete paperwork as required
  
• Stock counts (cycle count)
  
• Keep workplace clean and organized
  
• Other duties as assigned
