Job summary

What are your contributions to the team?
  • Coordinate with suppliers for tools and materials to ensure operational continuity.
  • Apply procurement procedures and practices based on current policies.
  • Manage purchase processes and follow up on delivery of tooling or services.
  • Develop and improve processes and procedures.
  • Model organizational standards and values positively within the team.
  • Propose process improvements based on technical documentation and supplier analysis.
  • Handle quotations and contracts with suppliers for spare parts and services.
  • Identify critical spare parts.
  • Assist in managing budgets for designated cost centers.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Needed
  • Demonstrable knowledge in purchasing management and inventory control.
  • Experience in supplier management and development.
  • Knowledge of budget management.
  • Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Effective interaction with teams and suppliers to resolve sourcing issues for complex equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, electrical/electronics/mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related fields.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Svision and AutoCAD is desirable.
